Trucking isn't easy, and we know that. We offer open forums to discuss any issues among our drivers. Coaching is critical. We have Focus Friday where we review the drivers week and performance, we make sure the truck is running properly and address any concerns or needs while OTR (Over the Road). We encourage our team members to have constant communication and open dialogues with their managers to ensure everyone is satisfied and loving what they do.
